How far in advance do I need to place a custom order?
The sooner the better! Getting on our calendar early is the best way to get our cookies for your event! We can’t accept every custom order request we receive. Decorating a set of cookies takes hours of our time, so whether or not we can say yes depends on a lot of factors: what’s going on in our day jobs and family, the number of cookies you need, the day of the week and date you need them, and the level of intricacy you’re looking for. Request a quote and we’ll let you know if we can get you on our calendar.
do you have a minimum order?
Typically it’s one dozen, but we will make pre-order sets available in smaller quantities around some holidays. Follow us on Instagram for announcements of when we’re putting our holiday sets up for sale.
Do you have a maximum order?
We’re home bakers without a commercial kitchen, so we typically top out around 50 cookies in an order. If you need more than that, contact us for a quote, let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll let you know if we can handle it.
Can you make gluten free or vegan cookies?
We can’t. We stick to what we do best, which is our heritage sugar cookie recipe. Our recipe does use unbleached flour, butter, and eggs. We invite you to review the complete list of ingredients we use. If you’re looking to accommodate dietary restrictions for your event, we suggest complimenting our cookies with others sourced from another baker.
How much do you charge?
It varies by order, so please contact us for a quote. Our costs range between $2 and $5/cookie depending on the quantity, size, design, and level of detail you’re looking for. We accept payment via cash, check, PayPal, or Venmo.
Can I send you a reference photo?
You can send reference photos to communicate the vibe or style you’re after, but we won’t copy another cookie artist’s work. Our custom cookies are designed to be original works of art just for you.
Do you ship?
We do not ship our cookies. All orders must be picked up in Independence, Ohio.
